Composition

Epoxy resin, anticorrosive pigments, additives, solvents and other components. Curing agent is polyamide modified curing agent.

Strong anticorrosive performance, tough paint film, good adhesion, impact resistance, flexibility, wear resistance and sealing performance.

Construction

Mixing ratio: 12(main paint):1(curing agent) by weight.

Add special diluent according to 0%~5% of the weight of paint, mix well and cook for 30 minutes, use airless spraying, nozzle caliber 0.4~0.5m, under 15~30MPa spraying pressure, the dry film is about 45~60 microns, and it can be moved only after it is dry.
