1000 Varnish

Composition: high performance modified acrylic resin, imported additives, organic solvents.

Characteristics: good workability, high gloss, fullness, leveling and weathering, high hardness after drying, economical product.

Application: For 1K primer series and other workpieces needing overprint protection.

Proportioning: Paint: Hardener: Thinner = 2:1:0-10%.

Drying time: surface drying 0.5h drying 24h at 20°C. Drying 40min at 60°C.

2000 Varnish

Characteristics: excellent workability, high gloss, fullness, leveling and weather resistance, high hardness after drying, excellent comprehensive performance.

Application: For 1K primer series and other workpieces that need masking protection.

Ratio: Paint: Hardener: Thinner = 2 ： 1 ： 10-20%.

Drying time: surface drying 0.5h drying 24h at 20°C. Drying 40min at 60°C.

3000 Varnish

Characteristics: good workability, high gloss, fullness, leveling and weathering, high hardness after drying, best comprehensive performance.

Application: For 1K primer series and other workpieces that need masking protection.

High-concentrated Varnish 

Composition: High-end imported resin, imported additives, organic solvents, ultraviolet absorber.

Characteristics: easy construction, excellent fullness, leveling and weather resistance, high gloss, no loss of light, very cost-effective middle and high-end products.

Application: For automotive refinishing and 1K primer series and other workpieces needing overprint protection.

Ratio: Paint: Hardener: Thinner = 2 ： 1 ： 5-15%.

Drying time: surface drying at 25°C for 30min, polishing in 6h. Polishing at 60°C for 45min.

Ultra-fast drying varnish

Composition: High-performance fast-drying special resin, imported additives, organic solvents, UV absorbers.

Characteristics: fast drying, convenient construction, suitable for fast repair, efficient out of the car, high gloss, fast drying, no loss of light, good leveling, excellent weather resistance, tough paint film.

Application: Suitable for automobile refinishing.

Proportioning: Paint: Hardener: Thinner = 2:1:5-10%.

Drying time: surface drying at 20°C for 15min and 2h for polishing. 60°C 15min polishing.
