8013 Degreaser

Composition: alkanes, aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, esters, resin additives and so on.

Characteristics: Used for cleaning before repairing, with good degreasing, degreasing effect, can effectively remove all kinds of oil and dirt on the surface, without leaving any traces.

Application: suitable for all kinds of metal surfaces, PP, ABS and other plastic surfaces, automobile old paint, after oil removal need to be thoroughly cleaned up.

Spatula

Composition: Aromatic hydrocarbon, ester, resin, additives.

Characteristics: good wetting, dissolving ability, good interface effect.

Application: Suitable for two-component topcoat, varnish and old paint interface area, used for local repair, in the just sprayed topcoat and old paint transition area to do interface treatment, so that the new and old paint film into one, so that the repair effect is more perfect.

Drying time: 5-10 minutes at 20°C.

White Water

Composition: ester, ether ester, additives, etc.

Characteristics: It can prolong the evaporation and drying time of the paint, and improve the whitening phenomenon when the paint is sprayed under high temperature and high humidity.

Adding amount: 3-5% of the total amount of paint

Drying promoter

Composition: additives, organic solvents.

Characteristics: Used to improve the drying speed of paint film, the more dosage, the more obvious drying effect. Too much will affect the activation period and appearance.

Application: Can be used in two-component system products, two-component top coat and varnish.

Dosage: 0.5-3% of the total amount of paint.

8016 Anti-pearl water

Composition: special additives, organic solvents

Characteristics: Used to promote the leveling of the paint, the paint film has the role of extension and stretching, at the same time can delay the curing time of the paint, effectively prevent the emergence of oil nests, fish-eye situation.

Application: Generally used in varnish or 2K paint, the addition amount accounts for less than 5% of the total amount of varnish or 2K paint.

Slow drying agent

Composition: special imported organic solvents, additives.

Characteristics: It is used to slow down the drying speed of paint, avoiding the disadvantages of prickly heat, pinholes, orange peel, loss of light and so on, which are caused by working under high temperature environment.

Application: suitable for top coat and varnish.

Adding amount: 3%-5% of the total amount of paint.

Matting agent

Composition: special acrylic resin, high performance matting powder, additives, organic solvents.

Characteristics: It has excellent matting effect for high-gloss two-component top coat, and the gloss of the paint film can be adjusted according to the dosage of the product to meet the needs of different customers. It can also get different effect texture by spraying technique.

Additive quantity and gloss:

Topcoat : Matting Agent = 100 : 10 Gloss = >90°

Topcoat : Mattener = 100 : 50 Gloss = 45-60°

Topcoat : Mattener = 100 : 90 Gloss = <5°
