Composition

Epoxy resin, mica iron oxide, anticorrosive pigments, additives, solvents and other components. Curing agent is polyamide modified curing agent.

Characteristic

Good adhesion, flexibility, shielding and anti-corrosion.

Construction

Mixing ratio: 12(main paint):1(curing agent) by weight.

Add special diluent according to 0%~5% paint weight ratio, mix well, cook for 30 minutes, use airless spraying, nozzle caliber 0.4~0.5m, under the spraying pressure of 15~30MPa, the dry film is about 45~60 microns, and it can be moved only after it is dry.
