2K Medium Primer

Composition: modified acrylic resin, pigment (filler), additives, solvent.

Characteristics: easy to apply, easy to sand, good filling properties, prevents color bleeding, provides good isolation, excellent adhesion with hardeners, fills in slight traces left by sandpaper sanding.

Application: Suitable for applied epoxy primer, eye-filling gray or treated old paint layer.

Application: The surface should be degreased to remove grease and paraffin, dry sanded with sandpaper and cleaned with a dust cloth.

Drying time: 20°C: surface drying 10min, drying 3h. 60°C: surface drying 5min, drying 30min.

701 2K Epoxy Antirust Primer

Composition: epoxy resin, pigment (filler), additives, solvent.

Characteristics: excellent chemical corrosion resistance, good leveling, adhesion and sandability.

Application: Suitable for steel plate, iron plate, aluminum plate, galvanized plate and other metal substrates.

Construction: The surface should be degreased to remove grease and paraffin, and all rust stains on the surface of the metal should be removed.

Drying time: 20°C: surface drying 10min, drying 4-5h. 60°C: surface drying 4min, drying 30min.

703 1K Gray Primer

Composition: flexible alkyd resin, modified cellulose, pigment (filler), additives, solvent.

Characteristics: on the substrate, rust prevention ability and good adhesion, can also fill the vehicle original paint and atomic ash sanding left behind by the grit, sand marks, fine grinding to achieve a smooth paint film.

Application: Suitable for epoxy primer, filler or old paint layer.

Drying time: 20°C: surface drying 5min, drying 1.5h. 60°C: surface drying 2min, drying 30min.

8015 Plastic primer

Composition: modified chlorinated polypropylene resin, additives, solvent.

Characteristics: Fast drying, transparent adhesion primer. Used for PP plastic automobile parts, recommended to be used on plastic parts without old primer or other paints.

Construction: Degrease with anti-static degreaser, sand the surface with S-type nylon cloth in combination with plastic abrasive, rinse with clean water and dry, then use static degreaser to degrease for the second time.

Drying time: 20°C: surface drying 10min, drying 1-2h. 60°C: surface drying 3-5min, drying 30min.

8015S Plastic Gray Primer
