Composition

Fluorocarbon resin, imported pigments, additives, solvents and other components. Curing agent is aliphatic isocyanate curing agent.

Salt spray resistance, strong adhesion, strong weather resistance, strong anti-corrosion, high hardness, high gloss, good fullness, strong decorative.

Construction

Mixing ratio: 10(main paint):1(curing agent) by weight.

Add polyurethane special diluent according to 5%~15% paint weight ratio, mix well, stand still for 20 minutes, use spray gun with diameter 2.0-2.5mm, spray 2-3 times under 0.3~0.6 MPa spraying pressure with medium wet spraying, and get a dry film of about 40~60 microns. Move and pack only after solid drying.
