Composition

Epoxy resin, high content zinc powder, anticorrosive pigments, additives, solvents and other components. Curing agent is polyamide modified curing agent.

Characteristics

The dry paint film has high zinc content, electrochemical protection, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, strong adhesion, strong antirust property, good heat resistance.

Construction

Mixing ratio: 12(main paint):1(curing agent) by weight.

Add special diluent according to 0%~5% paint weight ratio, mix well, cook for 30 minutes, use airless spraying, nozzle caliber 0.4~0.5m, under the spraying pressure of 0.3~0.6MPa, the dry film is about 45~60 microns, and it can be moved only after it is dry.
