Composition

Epoxy resin, zinc phosphate, coloring pigments, fillers, additives, solvents and other components. Curing agent is aliphatic isocyanate curing agent.

Strong adhesion, strong weather resistance, high hardness, high gloss, good fullness, strong decorative.

Construction

Mixing ratio: 5(main paint):1(curing agent) by weight.

Add special diluent according to 5%~15% paint weight ratio, mix well, 4 hours after mixing/20°C, use gravity spray gun 1.4-1.6 mm, under 0.4-0.5 MPa spraying pressure to spray 2-3 times in medium humidity, to get a dry film of about 20~30 microns. Move and pack only after solid drying.
